How do we receive everything?
Your photographs are delivered to a private, password-protected online gallery that you can view, download in full resolution and share with family. Films and album previews are shared the same way.
Can we order an album or prints?
Yes. Fine-art albums and prints are available as optional keepsakes. Once your gallery arrives, you choose your favourites and we design the album with you before it goes to print.
What happens if plans or the weather change?
We plan for it. Timelines are built with flexibility, and we adapt calmly on the day to light, weather and any changes so nothing feels rushed or lost.
Are you insured, with backup equipment?
Yes. We carry professional backup cameras and lenses, back up your files in multiple places, and are fully insured — so your day is protected from the moment we arrive.
